Dear Theresian sisters and friends,
As I write this letter, we are in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a time of uncertainty, fear, pain, and sorrow, but also a time to deepen our spiritual lives, renew and strengthen family bonds and friendships, and with gratitude thank all who make our everyday lives safe and comfortable.
In this difficult time, there is even more reason to reflect on the words in Philippians 4:6, “Do not be anxious about anything but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God.”
Faith in our Lord and faith in each other will be a strong force this Theresian year. Divine Mercy Sunday reminded us of the simple prayer of faith given to St. Faustina by Our Savior, “Jesus, I trust in You.” We trust that Jesus will guide our financial decisions through this pandemic and lead us to ways to grow our investments.
Since the Foundation’s mission is to provide financial support to Theresian International in perpetuity, the Board will continue reaching out to members inviting them to consider becoming Legacy Donors. Faith sustains us as Theresians. The board believes firmly that Theresian Foundation = Theresians Forever. We anchor ourselves in faith to the gifts of the Five Dimensions (Spirituality, Community, Ministry, Education, and Vocation) to guarantee our investment in Theresians for future generations.
We ask for your continued prayers and thank you for your prayerful support of Theresians International.
“Jesus, I trust in You."
